With the city in the mess were in. Who will you the voters support?
This is so funny ... "were" instead of "we're", then the classic double negative ("not support none"). The reason we're in a mess is that we're filled with illiterates.
We love our city. We know the funds are limited-even though we are paying plenty of fees and taxes. What we need is a good business man who can manage the city's funds as well as he manages his own finances. We need a business man with Christian ethics and not just another politican with "baggage and cronies" coming to office. Therefore, I present to you Larry Scharlow.
I think it's refreshing and exciting to have Valla Ann in the race. If she can make a good showing it should encourage other republicans to try to get their opinions heard in the public discourse.

If the mayor has any personal integrity at all, he would quickly publish a line item account of all the spending for personnel directly related to his administration. I am talking about those who report in his area and the accountants have found a way to shift these discretionary expenses under his control around so that no one can find them. Step up Garner, and lead. Not with words. With personal actions. Show the public you serve that you can do with one or two servants less catering to your needs. It's called tightening the belt. You know, what you are expecting the rest of the city to do.
Someone needs to do something about Conflict of Interest issues against Greg Fifer and others. I can tell you for a fact that if any other person was accused of conflict of interest except "Fifer" he would have been investigated. Our spineless councilmen Kochert and Zurchmiede wouldn't do anything to Fifer because of their position on the council.

I deeply hope that the people of our city wakes up and starts to unite as the problems we face is sewer problems, outrages property taxes, fees going up and etc. We are in dire straits as a community and we need to restore the power back to the people.
I have seen the truth, however, in all the boarded up houses, substandard schools, crumbling infrastructure and poor service.
We need to ask where has our money been going if not for police and fire protection.
We were there at the special session and swollowed about as much of their crap as we could... until Zurschmiede, who is our Councilman at large gave his SOB THREAT and then proceeded to vote no and sell us down the Ohio River...No matter what we have to do we will make sure this is the last year his rear end warms that city council seat.
